Diploma in Entrepreneurship

--

One year of study and practice to prepare you for the world of business

Some entrepreneurs are born, but all must be made. Having an entrepreneurial spirit means that you fully embrace ambiguity and will not feel uncomfortable by regular challenges.

Choosing to start up a business without the necessary knowledge and training is completely irrational because the odds of succeeding are dismal. Entrepreneurs succeed because of their unwavering belief, laser focus on delivering and persistence.

Starting a company is a riveting roller coaster of emotions with tremendous highs and at times, difficult lows, but one thing that always helps is knowing where to attain information and assistance.

It is only when you are in trouble that you appreciate knowledge.

Maltese law, unlike other jurisdictions, does not protect you from creditors under a bankruptcy law (unlike the USA). It is therefore imperative that you learn what it takes well before you take the plunge to set up your own business. Having the knowledge also helps you navigate your way around the many professions and consultants who are out to earn your money, whilst you are in business to make money not spend it!
